Fisherman's cottage in the heart of Ploumanac'h

  • Fishermen's cottage dating from 1825 in the heart of Ploumanac'h (Perros-Guirec). Linen not included.

    Located a few dozen mothers from the superb beach of Saint-Guirec and the customs path (GR 34), this small house will charm you with its proximity to the various restaurants and tourist sites of the pink granite coast.

    With the castle of Costa Eres as a backdrop, the Traouïero valley a few hundred metres away, the port of Ploumanac'h 3 minutes away on foot, the archipelago of the 7 islands to close the landscape as well as the rocks with legendary shapes as far as the eye can see, lovers of nature and extraordinary landscapes will be bewitched by the charms of its location.

    Equipped with a small bathroom, a romantic bedroom, a living room and a hyper-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven...), an internet connection and NETFLIX, as well as blackout shutters, everything has been designed to combine the charm of old stones and the comfort of modern life.

Très bon accueil. Maison très propre très bien située. Au calme la nuit. En saison le stationnement compliqué, mais le soir plus personn. Très bon séjour je recommande pour 2 personnes.

Petite maison toute mignonne située au coeur de la côte de granit rose. Idéale pour se balader sur le sentier des douaniers. La maison correspond à la description de l'annonce. Petit bonus, les conseils de Christophe qui a parfaitement géré notre séjour.

Petite maison très agréable et bien équipée. Elle se situe très proche de la mer. C'est toujours un plaisir de revenir dans ce petit paradis. La personne qui vous accueille est super serviable, dévouée, que des qualités !

Petite maison idéalement située à 2 pas de la magnifique plage de Saint Guirec, des commerces et restaurants. On peut tout faire à pied (une fois qu'on a réussi à trouver une place de stationnement, ce qui n'est pas toujours facile). Accès au sentier des douaniers, ou au port en quelques pas.Contact très sympathique avec Monsieur Deniel qui s'est adapté à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Un grand merci.La maison en elle-même est très agréable et très bien équipée, la literie est très confortable, et tout était très propre. Salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle.Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location.
