「Clean and comfortable Decor outdated but clean」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Hot Springs Lake Side Condo! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything was easy and stress-free from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both simple and seamless, which made our stay even better. We especially appreciated that the condo was pet-friendly, so we could bring our furry family member along with us! 🐾 We couldn’t have asked for a better...

「This condo was perfect. Will definitely be booking it again. About 20 feet or less was the lake. Swimming was great. Book this condo for sure.」

「We love staying at this cute roomy location. Perfect walking distance to so many shops, dining choices as well as nightlife and everything that is downtown hot springs. The unit itself was clean and so nice and roomy. The bedroom was even bigger than needed. We enjoyed the front porch deck with the nice weather and would easily choose this place again」

「Wonderful condo on the lake. Convenient water access right out back. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities available in the neighborhood. Condo was roomy and comfortable.」

「This property is so nice! It’s right above DeLuca’s pizza and it makes the property so fun! It’s designed beautifully and sets the tone for a great trip to Hot Springs!」

「Our stayed started well as the owner was quite accommodating in allowing us early access due to bad weather in the area. However, upon arrival we found a rental unit that was not well maintained or cleaned. The entire front stairs and entry was covered in tree pollen and debris which we had to sweet off in order to access the front door. The front screen door was broken and would not close properly. The back deck was unusable because it was yellow from tree pollen/debris which is a Constant...

「Very clean, beautiful place in excellent location!」

「The property was beautiful.,only issue was getting in the room. It took 4 tries. Would stay again.」

「We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful treehouse! Honestly, the photos don’t do it justice. The home is even more spacious, warm, and inviting in person. Our group had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The large kitchen was perfect for cooking meals together, and the living room easily accommodated our entire group for games, conversations, and movie nights. The master suite was incredible—the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in, and soaking in the oversized tub while...

「We enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is they don't have a washer and dryer there. We like to wash our lake clothes. There could be a laundry area somewhere. We only stayed one night so I didn't look. There is a nice swimming area. Get up early and enjoy watching the river wake up. The morning we were there it was foggy and beautiful.」

「Nice spacious property. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and hiking. Love the Al Capone historical details!」

「We enjoyed our stay! The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, and the host was very easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to go back!!」

「We had a wonderful time! Great for a relaxing weekend, the property is beautiful. Neighbors are quite close so be prepared to make some friends. Close proximity to Hot Springs. Would totally recommend for a weekend stay!」
