“Very charming, well appointed cabin! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We cooked, we soaked in the hot tub, and we watched diving Osprey from the porch. We wouldn't hesitate to return!”

“The cabin was cute and well stocked. Beautiful view and sunsets. However, we had a bowl of candy on the counter that got covered in ants, two of the three nights we were woken by barking dogs. One night the dog was on the back deck barking at 4 in the morning. The host chose not to respond to my message. At least 3 of the kayaks take on water. The outside of the house is grubby, there were cobwebs on everything. The backyard is shared with another house so if you want privacy, this isn’t the……

“Great location, quiet and convenient to Petite Jean State Park. Comfortable with everything needed for our three night stay. Took the host's advice and made sure we brought all the food we needed to prepare all our meals. The kitchen was nicely supplied with a good variety of pots, pans and utensils for meal preparation . Would definitely book another stay here. ”

“Easy check in and check out procedures. Conveniently furnished and includes amenities to fish, kayak, play games indoors board games/pool table/ping pong, hot tub, cook, watch tv, porch sit, laundry room and there were shampoos, conditioners, disposable razors in case you forgot, feminine hygiene, sun screen, bandaids, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher, pots pans, dishes, silverware, paper towels. It was like home away from home. ”

“Do Not stay here. Host forgot to have property cleaned prior to or arrival. The dishes the sink had been sitting a week and stunk. The bed wasn’t made, towels on the floor. I called, text and messaged owner. No response. I called again after 40 minutes and he answered. Promised to send some over to clean. They never showed up. We couldn’t stay there and had to go drive 30 min to Morrilton to get a hotel. I complained to Vrbo because they should refund we were unable to stay on party. Still……

“We chose this location for a fishing trip because the home is situated on a beautiful 1,300-acre lake. While the interior was clean and comfortable, the property overall seemed a bit neglected, with items scattered around outside. The house itself is on the smaller side which is fine, but may be slightly overpriced for what it offers.Additionally the 200 cleaning fee felt excessive—especially considering the length of stay, the size of the home and us cleaning up after ourselves. “Beautiful location! The host was gracious and the care for the property was noticed. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. Small notable point was that the shower head was phenomenal! Especially after a 20 mile hike in the rain. Close to food, but away from city lights. ”

“We absolutely loved our two week stay. The hosts were so accommodating and communicated promptly to any questions we had. The cabin was spotless, well-stocked, comfy, and beautiful. We had a gorgeous view of horses, forest, and plenty of wildlife; deer came up daily. Sitting on the porch watching sunsets was our favorite. Shopping is a bit of a drive but you won’t want to leave anyway. Our granddaughter visited one day and LOVED it! We would recommend this to anyone. It is a true hidden gem.”
