「The house was cute! Spacious enough for 4 adults and a service dog to stay comfortably ! The owners were gracious and let our friends and her service dog stay with us! The driveway was a bit tricky to find at first, its right there as you round the curve.. a heads-up would have been nice, but once we found it, it was fairly easy to return to! The owners(?) do live across the driveway, and there was someone staying in the upstairs of the house we stayed in, although it could have been a separate...

「This place was centrally located and very close to everything I needed. The room had everything I needed as well and was very comfortable. There can be some noise from the road or if there are people above you, but it’s pretty easy to drown out. Would definitely stay again. 」

「The property owner was VERY responsive, and it was a super cute property. I was in town for the Little Rock Marathon, and it was the perfect distance to the start line. Received all of the information we needed for check in a couple days before, and besides realizing I needed to really push to open the gate, it was very easy to find and get in. There was always street parking available nearby, and like I said, the property owner answered all of my questions very quickly. Loved the cute little...

「What a great house find! Patricia&family had wonderful accommodations for an extended stay for my son who was on an intern assignment for the summer. He thoroughly enjoyed his time at the house and all his needs were met with the wonderful furnishings. He enjoyed the scenic locations (hiking and biking) and shopping and restaurants were close&convenient. So thankful and blessed to find this rental and Patricia is a wonderful host!」

「Great safe place to stay. Comfy beds but bring an extra pillow. The space was clean and practical for our one night stay. It’s very minimal dishes and linens. There was 1 plate and 2 bowls. Coffee pot but no mugs. And only 1 small highball glass. But it was practical for what we needed a clean safe place to stay for 1 night. Very convenient location for an event at the arena. I would stay here again! 」

「We enjoyed our stay in Arkansas. I only had a few concerns such as there was no tv remote and when I contacted the owner to ask about the remote they said that we could download the Roku app and use our phones as a remote but when we attempted this we could not get it to work. The place was clean except for a toilet plunger was covered in toilet paper and looks gross. Other then those two things we enjoyed our stay and the apartment was great!」
