"The Hotel Hot Springs is located close to the central part of the city and not a too far stroll to Bathhouse Row. The conceirge staff was polite and friendly and answered all of my questions directly with no problems. The cleaning staff replenished my towels, but did not seem to tidy up my room while I was away. However, this not a big issue for me. Overall, a pleasant time in a nice and clean establishment. The views from my room were great!"
