You will stay in a Very Nice 2021 RV trailer that is perfect for families or groups. We are nestled in a little country town that is surrounded by fruit orchards and on the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. We are pet and kid friendly. You will have your own space that fits 6 comfortably or 8 with kids. No need to get two hotel rooms.

BUYER BEWARE! There is nothing about this place that is a country retreat. This is an RV parked in a persons driveway. The RV itself is very small. The only place to sit is at the dinning table. The only comfortable bed is the main bed, however you either need to be a giant or have stairs to get up on it. The other beds are hard plywood with very thin mattresses. There were pots and pans but no dishes. They say you have tv, but they don’t provide WiFi so you couldn’t use the tv. The only thing that was good about this place was that I could have my dogs and there was a nice park near by.

Love the layout of the camper. Everyone slept well. For a family of 8 we can’t beat the set up or the price. Air conditioner worked great despite the heat wave.

Perfect location and space for us! The wonderful hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, even stopping by to provide some toiletries we had forgotten.
