It was dirty, extra blankets were not available. It was advertised to have a hot tub but did not - which was my entire reason for choosing this hotel.

Smell upon entering room was very strong of chemicals. Sheen/film in floor as if they just sprayed the room with disinfectant instead of properly cleaning and wiping down. There was short curly hairs all over bathroom vanity. Fingerprints all over bathroom mirror. Chair and desk area was sticky. Room was disgusting. Worst Holiday Inn iv stayed at. While checking out, had to direct my children not to step in the vomit immediately outside the front door.

Amazing BED

I travel a few days a week and almost all beds are hard and just suck but the bed I got here was amazing and I honestly want to buy one now for myself.

The pool that’s advertised was closed. I asked for a discount and was told to come back down to the lobby at 7:00am. Bathroom was old and needs to be repaired and updated. Bed had hair on the sheets. Trash under the fold out couch. Not worth $217.00 a night.

Rooms were ok, they seem to use a cleaner with a greasy residue, so the floor was kinda sticky, as well as dirt in the corners and around the edges. no bugs, fairly quiet and easy in/out so at this price point it was...ok.

We could not have picked a better place to stay. The woman at the front desk was very kind. The room was clean and the mattress was so very comfortable. The continental breakfast was a plus.

Won’t stay here again

Not good. Forgot front desk and saw signs that internet was out so no television. We waited about 15 minutes and no one was at counter. We looked around and knocked on staff door. My husband finally went to another area and found someone eating her dinner. She came out and we checked in. In the morning the breakfast was basically empty so f the cooked foods. No eggs, no bacon, no biscuits and gravy. We were told by other guests that someone came out half an hour ago and said they were getting more. We waited awhile longer and decided to go to Dennys. As we were leaving they brought out more food but the people were lined up to get it. We went to our room to get our things and when we came down again it was all gone already.

Not worth the money - cheap management

I was not happy with this hotel. The lady working the desk was rude. The temperature of the room could not be controlled in the room but was controlled remotely. The TV channel choices were poor only having a few channels. Not what you would expect from a hotel that was over $200 for the night.
