A wonderful stay

This place is a one of a kind in the USA. Perfect spot for families, dogs, and friends. Beautifully decorated and designed. Amanda was accommodating, friendly, and professional. Will be returning if we ever travel in NY again! Thank you, we had a wonderful time!

Best Staycation in New York

absolutely one of my most favorite places to go. The barn itself is a treasure in the rooms and the spa like bathrooms and the decor are just amazing. It’s so quiet and relaxing and being close to Letchworth State Park is definitely a bonus. This time we actually visited downtown Perry New York, and found it to be wonderful. A great bakery and some wonderful places to shop. However, the true star of this staycation is Amanda and her personal gourmet chef meal that she comes in and cooks. Again, just an amazing time and I can’t wait to book our next stay

Rustic chic retreat!

Dell collective thought of everything. 5 of us went away to celebrate a friend and we collected a weekend full of memories to nourish us for many months to come. From spending time with animals to cooking together in the well stocked kitchen to doing yoga in the silo, this place provided the best back drop anyone could ask for. The Dell Collective has a gift. The spaces are inviting, creative, and beautiful. We are hoping to make our weekend a yearly tradition in this unique space.

Delightful, relaxing stay!

This is our second time staying at the Southview property, and it won't be the last. The property is exactly as described and pictured - the magic you see is exactly what you get. This is an excellent, family-friendly property. We travel with a hard-to-please "tweenager" who is easy to keep entertained here due to all the friendly animals and space to roam around independently. She describes the property as "endlessly aesthetic" -- Gen Alpha approves! (We parents also find the property to be endlessly aesthetic, if you are looking for a quiet, private, romantic getaway!)

Stunning

This place was gorgeous. The animals were a nice addition. I loved visiting in the barn and meeting the Quaker parrot especially. So cool that you can pick a few vegetables from the various gardens if you like. Only thing I would add is one more tv and maybe make the master bedroom door a bit more easy to open and close.and maybe a bit more privacy in the Master bath. Overall a unique and gorgeous place.
