“訂咗海景兩房apartment，景觀開揚、房間簡約、寬敞及整潔！敗筆之處，過咗下午四點已經沒有真人交鎖匙！前一日下午或之前幾日send 來嘅類似網上express check in, 入完所需資料，去到入信用卡資料，就話沒有資料。最令人失望及阻礙check in, 必須打電話問對方取大門密碼；再進入住客lift lobby, 要在大廳廣眾在電話透露個人資料/及信用卡敏感資料，打告之開啟小夾萬密碼取房匙！問題是我一早已經告知我會late chevk in 及在那所謂rxpress check in e-mail已經填入個人資料！幸好，我比預期半夜前到達，否則，半夜check in 真係唔知有冇人 接電話！”

“We had a great stay here. The home was cosy and comfortable, and the location was excellent with very convenient public transport links into Perth. The neighbourhood felt safe and friendly, which made it a really pleasant place to stay. The host was excellent, communicated clearly and was very helpful throughout our stay. Overall a fantastic experience — 5/5, we would definitely stay again.”

“We were given the address but not the unit number and waited two hours to get the unit number on arrival. We had to guess which unit was ours due to lack of instruction we had requested three double beds told that two singles could be pushed together once this was done the amount of rubbish and filth underneath the beds was disappointing. The swimming pool looked like a duck pond. There was no water not able to use it although it says there’s a pool on there there’s no photos so be aware still……
