Location, location less than one kilometer to the center of Perth, only three blocks from the Perth and Hay Street shopping malls, 50 meters to the Perth Mint and Concert Hall and feet distance to the famous WACA (Cricket ground). On the right side to access the new Optus Stadium walk over .Reverse cycle air conditioning makes for the perfect stay. If you're keen to explore, this gem is within walking distance of the Elizabeth Quay, the Bell Tower & the magnificent Perth foreshore which will delight with excellent sunsets.
