Its a Stunning studio with private entrance, king size bed, kitchenette, blockout blinds. Access to a shared pool and BBQ. Quiet street with a lot to offer, only 500m to a great local cafe strip. Solar powered.
Based in Perth's golden triangle suburbs, The Studio is close to; Perth (5.2 km), City Beach (4.5 km beach & cafes), Bold Park (2.4 km great walks & cafes), Subiaco (3.4 km), Leederville, Kings Park (2.9 km), Cottesloe and other attractions. A brilliant location to see Perth's best attractions.

Colin is a great host. Easygoing and quick with communication. The room and ensuite very much as described. The bed is super comfortable. Location is great, but better suited to people stayiny with access to a car as there are limited local buses to downtown and the beach.

Stylish and comfortable

This room combined the best of a hotel and family home; the fit out was modern and stylish, the bed was comfortable with lovely linen and the bathroom was roomy, attractive and clean. All comforts were provided and there was plenty of wardrobe and storage space for a 5 day stay. The host was friendly, communicative and thoughtful but also didn't crowd us. This location suited us perfectly to visit family in the area but it also has great access to Perth highlights and is a lovely suburb for walking, coffee etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

It's in a great location for the Australian Institute of Management. The spacious room with a bathroom features the sound of frogs croaking in the garden early at night. The hosts communicate in a friendly, timely way.
