One of the great advantages of this apartment is its location. Scarborough Beach, the foreshore, restaurants, cafés and shops are approximately **50–150 metres away**, making it easy to leave the car parked and explore on foot.

West Beach Lagoon may undertake scheduled maintenance to the **pool and BBQ facilities during July and August**. These shared facilities may therefore be temporarily unavailable during some stays.

🚌 PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Regular Transperth bus services operate through Scarborough and connect the area with major transport hubs, including Glendalough Station, where you can connect with train services into Perth and beyond.

🚗 PARKING: One dedicated parking bay is provided for your stay. Please park only in the bay assigned to the apartment. There is no vehicle height restriction. An optional parking bollard is available, with the lock and key located on the welcome mirror inside the apartment.

🏊 POOL & SLIDE: Guests have access to the complex’s shared swimming pool and iconic slide. Children must be supervised at all times.

🔥 BBQ AREA: A shared BBQ area is available within the complex for guests to enjoy.
