Located in Victoria Park, just before Perth CBD, the Spring Serene King Bedroom offers comfort and style. This king bedroom is one of three rooms within the Spring Moonlight Villa. Guests enjoy access to a spacious shared living area, dining space, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, patio, and garage. During your stay, you will have access to your private bedroom, the hallway bathroom, and the downstairs toilet. The room comfortably accommodates 2 adults (or 1 adult with a small child).

I really enjoyed my stay here. Although it's on a busy road, the place itself wasn't affected by the noise. It was very close to public transport options (bus and train) and to shops (supermarket, restaurants, cafes) and I found a lovely yoga studio a short walk away. I hadn't understood that it was a shared unit, with three separate lockable bedrooms and two sharing a bathroom. I would have liked that information to be clearer ahead of time, but overall it was a positive experience. Others staying were friendly and respectful and the range of kitchen utensils and equipment was really great. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. And Jenny was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Once we got our heads around the fact that it was shared accommodation, it was great. Jenny is an amazing host, very accommodating and keen to see you have a great stay. The location was fantastic, close to transport, the Albany Hwy coffee strip and a supermarket within easy walk. Thanks Jenny 🙂
