Lucky it's in a good location

Felt severely let down by this place. List of problems including: - broken washing machine which ruined clothes (no signage to inform us) - lack of toilet paper provided - fridge that didn't work On top of all this, we were not given any details for check in, and when we asked for some, the response was rude and unwelcoming. Would not stay again. Would not recommend.
