Stayed for a couple of nights. Good base for what we wanted to do. Lovely welcome. Very accommodating. We were able to have breakfast early as requested. Managed to visit lots of places from here. Able to walk to oceanfront and shops from the property.

We stayed in an en-suite room which was spotless, bed was comfy too. In room tea/coffee making facilities, bar fridge, TV, couch, air conditioning, everything you need for a short stay. The complimentary continental breakfast was amazing, best we’ve had in a B&B! You won’t be disappointed staying here, we will definitely stay again. Thanks for being a great host Geoff :)

I enjoyed the whole experience, the operator's gave us the key to our room and they left us alone the whole inter time we where there and we had a free breakfast which was lovely and what we didn't eat at breakfast we ate during the day.

The owners were very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. There was a fridge and tea and coffee making stuff with several varieties of tea available. The bed was lovely and comfortable and there was ample parking available. One night I had to park on the street as I was in a large SUV - mostly because I was not confident about squeezing in but there was plenty of grassed area right outside to park on so it was no problem at all. The location is really great - very close to an area known as "the Pond" and you can kite surf from there! Definitely worth a stay here - it's only a short drive to the centre of town. If i make it back to Rockingham, I'll definitely stay here again.

The owners and the service was tremendous. Breakfast was 1st class and the room and the whole of the property was immaculate. Would recommend to anyone.

Read well delivered better

The welcome, contact and facilities at Royal Dolphin B&B could not be faulted. I stayed in the twin room, with share facilities. We posed a difficulty in that we had to leave VERY early but our full continental breakfast was ready and waiting for us for the 5.30 wakeup call. My only disappointment was that there was a single reading lamp but only a minor concern. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and STAY AGAIN. Thanks Geoff and family

Nice quiet location, very friendly owner

We only stayed over one night but the owner was very accomadating allowing us to book in late and check out early, lovely clean room and comfortable bed, would definitely recommend this B&B for a stopover!

Awesome Bed and Breakfast in Safety Bay.

This was our first time staying in B & B accommodation and we could not have picked a better place, Yao and Geoff are great hosts and the accommodation is first class and very well maintained. Thankyou Yao and Geoff, we will be back.

This is the best place I've stayed while travelling. We had great service from Geoff and Yao during our stay. Excellent breakfast each morning. Rooms were great quality, comfortable and clean. Good location, no far from the Rockingham foreshore and lots of restaurants.

Nice cosy place.

Very well staff, great short term stay. Quite and cosy. Would recommend to anyone. Food was great as well. Definitely would recommend to friends.
