A Bumpy Start, But Smooth Sailing throughout
Despite a rocky start with the check-in between STAYZ and Pier 21 our overall experience was positive.
Initially, there was a hiccup with the check-in procedure, which caused some frustration. However, the staff and STAYZ were quick to address the issue and went above and beyond to ensure that it was resolved promptly. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were commendable.
Once settled in, we found the location of the accommodation to be excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which greatly enhanced my overall experience.
Although the initial hiccup with check-in was disappointing, the prompt resolution and exceptional service from the staff more than made up for it. I would certainly consider staying at Pier 21 again in the future.
