  • Spacious top-floor 3-bedroom apartment just moments from the Mandurah foreshore, cafes and dining. All three bedrooms include their own ensuite, making it ideal for families, friends or groups travelling together. Enjoy two separate living areas, a dedicated workspace for longer stays, and a large spa bath in the primary suite. Sleeps up to 6 guests with plenty of space to relax and unwind.

    We give our guests the space they need to enjoy their accommodation uninterrupted, but rest assured we're just a message away - don't hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have.
    We're in the office Mon-Fri 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Outside of these hours, we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

    Designed with comfort and flexibility in mind, this top-floor apartment offers generous space and privacy for a wide range of stays. All three bedrooms include their own ensuite bathrooms, making it well suited to couples, friends, or professionals travelling together.

    Two separate living areas allow guests to spread out, whether relaxing, watching TV, or enjoying some quiet time. A dedicated workspace is available for those working remotely or planning a longer stay.

    The main living area opens onto the apartment’s balcony, which is also accessible from the primary bedroom. The master ensuite includes a large spa bath, ideal for unwinding at the end of the day.

    The apartment is located on the second (top) floor and is accessed via stairs only (approximately 36 steps). There is no lift, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

    By Car: Only an hour’s drive south of Perth via the Kwinana Freeway.

    Public Transport: The Mandurah Train Line connects you to Perth CBD in under 50 minutes. From the station, local buses (588/589) stop nearby, or it's a quick 5-minute Uber ride.

    Exploring Locally: Mandurah is incredibly pedestrian and bike-friendly. You can rent e-bikes at the Visitor Centre or hop on the "Big Toot" tourist train that loops through the city's main attractions.

    Please complete the Pre-Arrival Form and Rental Agreement ASAP so check-in instructions can be sent on time.
    An estimated arrival time is required and must be provided with a minimum of 60 minutes’ notice to ensure our staff can attend your check-in.
    A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for early check-in requests (fees may apply).
    If you are locked out or lose your keys, call-out fees may apply.
