「We recently stayed in Sarah’s Bateman retreat and it was comfortable, clean and very quiet. All things I value when trying to find accommodation away from home.The apartment is located at the back of the main house/block, so don’t think you’ve rocked up at the wrong place :) Would definitely stay again and appreciate Sarah’s quick responses and thorough information on check in. 」

「Host was welcoming and friendly. The accommodation is not as described in the advertisement. It is part of the main house that has been closed off. The little fridge froze our food, no wine as per advertisement. Small and quite hot, no access to air conditioner to make it more comfortable.」

「We did not receive our “check in” instructions, call was answered quickly and we made our way in. Only one king size bed in the house not two as advertised. One queen bed, two double and two singles. Master bedroom had a light that could not be turned off at all during our stay. Fan in the living room was very dirty as was the return vent for the air conditioner. Used soap in the shower, on the floor with previous occupiers products. Shower screens also need a good clean.
