「I stayed at the property with girlfriends and our dogs for a girls weekend. The property was clean and had everything that we needed for the weekend (and more). 「A great all-around experience. Lot's of room to relax, a nice big kitchen with a breakfast bar, and all a stone's throw from Starved Rock. I loved the balcony off the bedroom and the jacuzzi. The Grand Bear lodge has a great bar as well. Great restaurant options between Utica, Peru and Ottawa, or venture over to the Starved Rock state park lodge restaurant.」

「My mother and I stayed overnight for a wedding. We needed to check in before 4pm so we could change and be at the wedding on time. I called the front desk and spoke to Mary. She was so helpful and told us it works be ready when we got there around 2:30. The run was so clean you could smell it. Plenty of towels, tons of pillows, and the bed was very comfortable.
