Tirando excelente ponto em que está localizada e a simpatia do proprietario, ficou muito a desejar a falta de mais funcionários para manter o local organizado e a limpeza do local em ordem, principalmemte no que se refere à area da piscina, comum a todos.

Bom dia! Hotel em condições muito abaixo das expectativas que foram criadas a partir das características encontradas no site. Apenas 2 funcionárias que se revesam entre 7h30 e 21h30, entre recepção, limpeza, café da manhã, portaria e segurança. Sem wi-fi nos quartos, sem controle de tv, apenas um controle remoto para o portão do estacionamento. Tinha uma barata morta no corredor de acesso aos quartos. Tapetes, cadeiras e guardas-sois com logotipo da antiga colonia de férias que funcionava no local, café da manhã com poucas opções de comida. O proprietário já foi avisado pelas recepcionistas sobre essas e outras reclamações, mas não fez nada, mesmo tendo comprado o local há 12 meses. Além disso, quando ele foi acionado pela recepcionista para me ajudar quanto às minhas reclamações, só respondeu 1 hora depois, e mesmo assim, falando comigo que devolveria o valor das diárias que eu não usei, depois mudou o valor da diária que fiquei, alegando que por ser sábado era mais caro. Nitidamente não tem e não terá condições de fazer um atendimento de qualidade permanecendo desta forma. A própria Expedia tentou me ajudar, mas como o suporte é realizado por pessoas de outros países e o local não tinha um sinal de celular bom, a ajuda não foi feita por completo. Minha experiência com o Hotel e com a Expedia foi muito ruim. Acabei ficando em uma pousada - Ametista - que nos recebeu e atendeu excelentemente.

Hotel com otima localização, frente ao mar, bom atendimento, porem o ar do quarto não estava funcionando e o ventilador de teto dava até medo de ligar e espalhar toda aquela poeira que estava nele, o café da manhã poderia ser melhor, ter mais opções, pelo valor do quarto deixou a desejar , mais em geral o hotel é bom.

Local maravilhoso, de frente da praia, hospitalidade perfeita, tudo limpo. Fui com meus filhos, e amei, pois tem tudo no hotel, desde cadeira e guarda-sol e a porção eles entregam para você direto na praia.
