Melhorias a serem feitas

Não tinham conhecimento da nossa reserva. Quem nos recebeu foi bem atencioso e foi verificar qual quarto estava disponível. Não tinha papel higiênico no banheiro, pedimos e foram providenciar. Demorou uns 10 a 15 min. O ralo do banheiro com cabelos já quando chegamos. Mantas finas e com mau cheiro. Não devem ser lavadas faz tempo. Lençóis e fronhas pelo visto não são lavados a cada troca de hóspede também. Travesseiros terríveis, duros e deformados. A pousada não está preparada para receber no frio. Tínhamos mais cobertas no carro, foi o que salvou para não passarmos frio. A porta do quarto é de veneziana, então fica entrando vento. O café da manhã é coberto mas aberto na lateral. Estava chovendo e ventando, nem tivemos vontade em sentar para tomar café.

Minha estadia foi simplesmente maravilhosa! Tudo estava limpo, organizado e muito bem cuidado. O atendimento foi excelente — todos muito simpáticos, prestativos e atenciosos durante toda a minha hospedagem.
