“I think the hotel staff makes this property so special. Yes great location, great rooms but the staff makes it special. I don’t think I was told no the whole visit. If I could think of one negative it could the gym. The equipment could use an update but a Smart Fit was across the street which was a really good gym connected to a great mall.”

“From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left staff, room, amenities, food was to perfection. On Friday we had a watch party for Brazil soccer game, all the details were so well thought. The family suite we stayed was just another must. Breakfast… be ready to splurge! Pool bar ceviche great! Coxinhas… drinks… Park for little kids and another one for bigger kids… list can go on and on… Worthy of each penny! Thank you so much”

“I have certainly stayed in nicer hotels, but this one rated the tops in staff and service!!! Apparently they are working on some renovations, so facilities should improve. Breakfast and lunch buffets were amazing!”
