「Staff were super friendly and helpful! We arrived at very early morning (at 5ish) due to taking the overnight bus from Puno. The staff let us sat in the lounge and provided us a blanket to keep us warm. On the other day, we joined the rainbow mountain tour and needed to be ready at 4ish morning, another staff specially prepared the breakfast for us. 「The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is...

「Nice staff. Clear and tidy room. We are surprised that the hotel had prepared a birthday cake for my friend.」

「Well located in a quite alley near plaza de armas. Our window is facing thr innet courtyard so no noise from outside. Excellent buffet breakfast with very helpful staff. Hot water anf heatet works well.」
