"The hotel is super cute, the front desk people were kind and welcoming. I think it’s a little weird that for a hotel so close to the airport the desk is not open 24/7. We were at dinner in town and had to rush back to check in by 9:30. I wouldn’t say that is a negative just something weird to me. I would definitely stay there again but just plan differently. We had an early flight so becoming close was great in the AM. "

"Easy to find and within walking distance of the Bordeaux Saint John main railway station. Friendly reception staff and very well maintained room with everything required except for dishwashing liquid and tea towels. Very clean. A number of small shops for supplies nearby. Would happily stay there again "

"A very pleasant surprise! We did not know what to expect from this property by the airport. We had an early flight and did not want to get stuck in morning traffic. This is a very nice hotel, clean, and the indoor spa/pool were terrific!"

"No information about late check ins. No information about check outs. Room was not what was sold in the pictures. Eventually Got the room we paid for but only for the last two nights of trip. Toilet was broken on arrival so I fixed it myself as I couldn’t contact anyone. Horrible smell in bathrooms. Showers were disgusting and such low pressure. "Second time staying here. Did arrive in time to use the pool this time but still a good stay. Room had all we needed, was comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay whilst travelling back to the UK from Spain with a dog. Nice walk with the dog around the two small lakes and spotted two otters! Really handy to have a well- stocked supermarket in the car park! Will stay here again"

"Property is large enough for a pleasant vacation ,we travelled as a couple property was for 4/5 which would mean using lounge as a bedroom so may be a problem with a family. Swimming pool was clean and safe . The only problem was mosquitoes we were unable to use the outside seating area with sadly all methods tried to minimise effect . "This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk. Great little place, very convenient for Bordeaux

"Despite being central this is a quiet little hotel. The tram stops pretty much outside, so it is effortless to get anywhere, regularly, in Bordeaux. The breakfast is excellent and the gastro offerings in the vicinity are widespread. Fortunately I didn't have a cat to swing in my small double room, which is ultra modern in layout, but there's plenty of space in communal areas downstairs."
