Nice place to stay in Downtown Peterborough

The unit was very clean, had everything you could want for a few days stay. Carstin was very quick to respond to messages, although not on site.A myriad of rules and fines listed, which had concerned me. I hadn't noticed on many other VRBO sites (not to this extent). Good value for the area.

Worst experience I have ever had. Hidden fees - After paying for the booking I was sent a link to another website where they were trying to charge me for a non refundable deposit for ware and tare Access issues - the information to get into the property was incorrect. We waited outside for 40 minutes until someone was able to help us. Parking - The link we were given after checking in does not work. had to figure out parking on our own as the street in front of the building is paid parking and for a maximum of 2 hours Bathroom - Walls were dirty, vanity door was damaged and towel rack looked like it was about to fall off the wall Bedroom - Wall had a large hole in the drywall by the bed We were also charge a cleaning fee but had to take our own garbage out and was told if we leave it in the wrong place we would be charge a fine of $200.00 Will never stay here again. So disappointing
