Large, walkable, two bedroom, ground floor apartment

  • Bottom unit, private entrance 800 sq ft two bedroom suite with full kitchen, dining room, and living room, laundry, and 3/4 bath. Wi-Fi and several streaming platforms. Queen room, bunk room. A small futon or comfy couch, or the dreaded air mattess, for additional guests. Very short walk to down town and peek-a-boo views of the harbor and mountains. This unit accommodates WELL BEHAVED dogs for a small fee.

    Queen bedroom with 700tc sheets. Xl twin over queen bunk room. Trendy dining area. Comfortable leather couch. Fully outfitted kitchen. Shared laundry room in covered entrance.

    *Projects are slow in Alaska especially with our work schedule. Please forgive missing trim, or other small, unifinished projects while we continue to make this unit perfect.


    *sound carries in this house so you may hear people upstairs. You can hear them better than they can hear you so just play some music or TV if the shuffling upstairs is bothersome.

This was a really good location and a very comfortable charming apartment. The kitchen is super equipped with all the finest amenities! 💕 The walk across the street to the South Harbor marina was a lot of fun. I walked everywhere from the apartment to the town of Petersburg and local shops and the fabulous museum. Thank you so much for making my stay memorable and special!

This apartment is located across from South Harbor in Petersburg and is not far from the center of town. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the term “ground floor” but was pleasantly surprised by the great views and the many windows allowing natural light. (There is a separate upstairs apartment as well.) The apartment is very roomy and with a functional kitchen would be a good choice for a longer stay. We enjoyed our stay and having easy walking distance to explore Petersburg.
