「Die ruhige, saubere Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt von Linz am Rhein. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat ein sehr großes und modernes Badezimmer. Zu bemängeln wäre, dass im Wohnzimmer vor den Fenstern, die zur Straße und zum direkt gegenüberliegen Wohnhaus zeigen, keinerlei Blickschutz besteht (z.B. kleine Raffrollos).
