*NEW 2023* This colorful chalet in the heart of Charlevoix promises unforgettable vacations with family or friends. This chalet with 2 attached units can accommodate up to 8 people with its 3 bedrooms and 5 beds. Relax in the warm living room with its cathedral ceiling and fireplace. The spa and outdoor fireplace are ideal for relaxing. Enjoy the kitchen and dining room. Chalet not available? Reserve its twin, the Renard de Charlevoix!

The Space:
The chalet is a twin. You will have access to Chalet l'Ours de Charlevoix, but note that Chalet le Renard de Charlevoix is next door. Both chalets have their own space, except for the outdoor courtyard which is shared.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire chalet l'Ours de Charlevoix. Please note that the outdoor courtyard is shared with chalet le Renard de Charlevoix, but the spa is exclusively accessible to you.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the Petite-Rivière-Saint-François fiefdom, this cottage is no more than 15 minutes from Baie-Saint-Paul. Come and discover a peaceful haven completely surrounded by trees. What's more, with Le Massif de Charlevoix just 5 minutes from the residence, it won't be a problem to furnish your vacation with a panoply of activities. Hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, canoying - what's on your mind today?

You can also take the opportunity to visit Baie-Saint-Paul, a town where art and gastronomy go hand in hand! You'll discover a multitude of art galleries, notably on rue Saint Jean Baptiste. The town also boasts the Musée d'art contemporain de Baie-Saint-Paul. This is a must-see destination for contemporary art lovers. They will also appreciate the Baie-Saint-Paul International Contemporary Art Symposium.

Stayed here with some friends on a ski trip, very close to Le Massif, nice and comfortable place to stay!

The property was nice. However note that the owner does NOT disclose on its online house rules the existence of its noise aware technology and associated fines for 'unacceptable noise' after 11 pm. We were with four guests only and 'tripped' the noise with a simple card game and low level music. Undisclosed and unreasonable invasion of privacy.

Ski holiday

Nice place and well laid out. A corkscrew, rubber spatula and pasta strainer would have made meals a bit easier to prepare Beds were comfy and hot tub was a nice touch after a full day of skiing.

Has potential but not worth the money

The property seemed much bigger on the pictures . Although the property managers were very polite and accommodating, the property needs some TLC. The chalet is not very clean and we regularly had issues with the toilet. The towels are old and stained. It is a nice place but over priced for its condition.
