A 10% discount, when available, applies only to "last minute" reservations - made with less than 2 weeks of the arrival date. This rebate will be sent by the owner to the renter after completion of the rental period.

One special and unique feature of this property is the very large and level grass yard by the lake - great for all kind of games and family fun.

Another special feature of this property is the very large wooded area (Nature Preserve) right across the road - there are several very nice walking paths in these woods for you to enjoy during your stay (anytime during the year). The entrance to one of the key paths is just 150 ft (south) from our driveway on Indian Garden Rd. - you can enter and walk in the woods for miles.

Regarding bringing your dog: You may be allowed to bring your dog - specifics "must be approved by the property owner in advance" - there will be a fee and specific requirements. You will need to contact the owner directly and work out the details.

Renter will be provided with a map, door key combination, and complete house instructions prior to the rental period. Normal check-in time is 4 pm, check-out time is 11:00 am.

Optional Pontoon Boat Rental: An option available to you when you rent this house - rent my brand new 2023 Bennington Pontoon Boat, 22 ft with a Yahama 150 hp outboard motor (pictures included here). Rental cost this summer is only $1600/week (about one third the cost for renting a pontoon boat at the marina) - Contact the owner for further details on this option.
