We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Eight women gathered together for the Hot Air Balloon festival in Bay Harbor and we had such a great time at the condo. The beach is just steps away from the deck and the condo is clean and well-appointed. Jessica was an absolute delight to work with.

And a spectacular Northern Lights show was the icing on the cake!

Everything went so smooth except for the weather! But that’s Michigan. The condo was perfect, clean, comfortable, we had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We went Petoskey stone hunting, did a day trip to the UP, Boyne City, Charlevoix. But I would have loved to paddle in that lake… next year! Jessica was an amazing host, easy to communicate with, she gave us great ideas! Loved!

Family vacation

This was a family vacation with our adult kids. The condo was perfect for our group and it was very clean with everything we needed. There was a lot to do in the area to keep us all busy and happy. Jessica was great to work with and answered all our questions quickly.

Great for a group

The location was wonderful and convenient for skiing. We also loved the layout of the living space. It worked nicely for two families to share. The fact that there were three bathrooms was clutch.

Amazing petoskey gem!

We came for a quick ski weekend and loved it so much that we checked the Zillow listings for the complex!!! Jessica was great and gave us excellent local recommendations. Communication was excellent and the place was well equipped. We would consider it again for a future stay!

Could not have been better unless we could have stayed longer!

This condo was PERFECT!!! And our friends rented around the corner! We had my father and our teens and kids with us and it was perfect! HOT showers, stocked kitchen, easy check in, even a garage to put our tow rack into. The condo was cozy, plenty of blanket sand towels, the kids loved the hot tub, and we loved the VERY comfortable beds, pillows and couches. High quality furnishings, adorable decorations. So close for skiing and the market at the end of street is worth the trip just to stock up on unique food inspirations! It was great to see the lake out the back door and made us all want to return in the summer and check out the summer fun - that location is epic! Thank you SO much for the great weekend! Wish we coudl have stayed longer! The snow and skiing at Highlands and Nubs was perfect.

Comfortable, Cozy and Clean

Our family had a fantastic time at the Condo. The location was perfect for us. In the middle of lots of great day trips to wineries, breweries, and the cute towns if Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for cooking and hanging out. The back patio went right out to the lake which made for a nice place to hang out and take beautiful pictures, especially at sunrise.

Great stay

This place was lovely! The house was clean, fully stocked with all the necessities, located in a great spot, and had gorgeous views. On top of that, Jessica was so communicative, kind and so helpful in offering activities, dining options, and thorough details about the area! Summer vacation

My husband and I stayed here on a short vacation and it was fantastic. We had everything we needed. The location was great. The pool and hot tub were awesome! The condo was extremely clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

We have stayed at Lakeside several times over the past few years. Love the location, quiet area with lovely grounds. Unit was a great location, was perfect for our group of 4 adults and one grandchild. Great view, right on Round Lake.

Lovely lake condo within walking distance of Petoskey State Park

The condo was clean and had a lovely view of Round Lake. The couch in the living room was so comfy and was a favorite spot for hanging out and napping. The house provided plenty of space for our group of eight to eat, sleep, and relax. Jessica responded quickly to our questions.

Soccer tournament

We were in Petoskey for the annual soccer tournament and this place a great place to stay at. It provided some peace and quiet to relax in between games. We will definitely be booking again.

Wonderful Lakeside condo

WE loved our stay at Lakeside Condo The location near Petoskey and Harbor springs and the beach is perfect. Everywhere we ate was delicious and we had great recommendations from our host of things to do and places to eat!. She is really responsive and helpful. Communication on all the details of the check in an and check out was perfect. The condo itself was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was so cute and clean and comfortable with a great view of the lake! We can't wait to stay there again!

Presidents weekend skiing vacation

Weather gods smiled on us this weekend with plenty of snow! Made for good skiing. Condo was perfect fit for all seven of us (including 3 grandchildren). Liked large kitchen/dining area for our meals. Would stay here again

Family Ski Vacation

It was our first time staying in this particular unit, but second time staying in at the Lakeside Condos. The location is great for us. Ten minutes door to door to both Highlands and Nubs Knob. Toski Sands market is a couple minute walk from the condo and they have pretty much everthing you need. There is also a great bakery a couple doors down from the market. It was great to ski all day, and then come back to the condo and head to the indoor pool and hot tub. My wife and I traveled with our 2 children (2 and 8) and my mother. The condo had plenty of space for us and we will most definitely be back next year.

Great location for skiing

We really enjoyed the condo! The kitchen is updated and very well equipped. We used the hot tub and pool in the club house after skiing. The pool is long enough for lap swimming. It is 10 minutes drive to Nubs Nob and The Highlands ski areas and close to lots of restaurants. We would stay here again.

Perfect family getaway

My family of five loved our stay at Jessica’s condo. The beds were comfy, the sectional sofa was a great hang out space, the lake view was beautiful, even in winter. The kitchen was updated and well stocked. The place was very clean, and three full bathrooms made everyone happy! The vintage 80’s vibe is awesome, as is the proximity to the Highlands and Nubs Nob. We took Jessica’s advice and ate at Pond Hill Farm. We loved it! Jessica was very communicative and easy to work with. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

A Good Time was had by All

The condo was perfect for us--the view was incredible - the location was perfect---really no complaints! Our host responded quickly whenever we contacted her. Wish we could have stayed longer:) We intend to come back, hopefully for a longer stay.

Northern Michigan Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the Lakeside condo. There were three generations of family members there and it was a great week together. There was plenty of space for all of us and the extra large dining table was great for gathering and for playing games! The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed the sunrise over Round Lake every morning. The condo was centrally located to do things in Petoskey, Charlevoix, Mackinaw, and even the UP. We hope to stay there again in the future!
