「The best experience staying within the walls! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Filled with so much charm. Breakfast was perfect. We rented a car and were given permission to drive into the town to get our bags into the room. Parking was easy to find outside the walls and the walk back to the room was 5-8 minutes.」

「Apparently the check in times in Tuscany are very rigid. You must check in within the stated hours or else be subject to room cancellation. That being said, we made it in at the alotted hour. There is no staff on site until the stated check in hours, so checking in early is impossible. There appeared to only be one staff person who did not speak much English. 「We found that the property was not as advertised. The restaurant was only open in the evening and it was a far walk in the dark on uneven paths. The pool bar was not open. The deluxe suite felt very dark and small and did not feel deluxe at all. The property was challenging to get to and further away with limited taxi service. 「LOVED this place! 15 of our family members stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday for the week and we had the most wonderful time! Nicola is the best host! 「這絕對是在佛羅倫斯住宿的超值選擇。飯店位置絕佳，距歷史城區10分鐘的步行距離，卻有相當寧靜的住宿品質，且附近有不少優質的餐廳和酒吧。民宿位於一間有歷史的住宅內，有電梯，且房間裝潢和設施相當舒適新穎。我們住套房可直接看到亞諾河，房間空間非常寬敞舒適，有免費使用的咖啡機和茶包，浴室相當整潔，淋浴間也夠寬敞。若從火車站來，建議搭計程車，大約10歐左右可以解決行李的問題。民宿職員相當盡責，任何問題都能以電郵協助說明，還有代訂票卷服務，可以代訂教堂、烏菲茲美術館等景點的入場卷和預約時間。離開時也很貼心的幫忙預約足夠四人和四大行李乘坐的計程車，服務極佳！ 因為飯店民宿位於ZTL內，強力建議開車的旅人若選擇這間民宿，最好不要開車，省去停車或車牌報備等各繁鎖程序。」
