"Apartment was massive and had more than enough space for 5 people with 3 single beds and a double. The area is relatively quiet and within a few metres walk of a few restaurants and a supermarket. I would say that for the price the place is great but, there were issues, there is no access to cable channels as described in the listings, a small bin in the kitchen would be useful and a couple of tea towels would be appreciated. "The apartment had good views of the city, it was very cozy. The heating system worked amazing for the cold nights. The host also provided us with huge cozy blankets, extra pillows, bed sheets, towels etc. However, as I forgot to look into the details, there was no Microwave, as this is also something that was my fault not to check, so in case of heating food, there is a stove and equipment in the kitchen to heat it up. "Stayed here for 2 nights and would recommend the place. It is as described in the pictures and was very clean and tidy inside. The host was very responsive to my messages and catered for my late check-in without any issues (I arrived at 11pm). Contact through WhatsApp was efficient and check-out was very straight forward too. I stayed alone, but this would be suitable for 2 people, anymore and you might feel a bit cramped. "I had a lovely stay as a solo female traveller at E’bel boutique. The property was easy to find and decorated beautifully, I was able to check in early and my room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and suited me perfectly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and my overall experience was lovely. Tirana is a great city and I think this hotel is the perfect place to stay to experience it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and if I’m ever in the city again I’d definitely book here again!"

The service was exceptional, and everyone went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The hotel itself was very clean, well maintained, and beautifully designed. My room was spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also perfect—close to everything and very convenient. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. It truly felt like the staff cared about making my stay special. "The hotel is a 2 or a 3 star hotel as there are a lot of things that need to be changed. Firstly there wasn’t any toiletries in the bathroom and when even asked not because I needed it but just in case the staff said they don’t have also no coffee or tea in the room and to now make everything was the breakfast was not good at all everything was so cold. To me the only good thing about this hotel is just the location nothing else. "
