"The host was very nice and also spoke English. The property is located on a hill which has an amazing view of Catanzaro and the Mediterranean Sea. Breakfast was simple but had good coffee. Nights were very quiet and peaceful. This stay was one of the highlights of my trip. Unfortunately I doubt I will ever visit Catanzaro again, but if I do, I will stay here."

"First of all, i didn’t stay at The Rooms. They put me at one of their other properties, which, if it were summer and I was a poor college kid vacationing with friends, would have been fine. But other than the location and the entryway, this Air B&B was not good! The bedding was old, worn and stained. The toilet seat was broken, the towel warmer didn’t work, the fridge barely worked so my yogurts were warm, the shower was the size of a phone booth and there were absolutely NO amenities!...

"This place is like a huge one bedroom apartment, decorated very nicely. There is a kitchen with dishes etc. The family taught me how to run an Italian washing machine, recommended a nice restaurant and helped us to the train. Please note the bedroom is upstairs so there are steps to deal with. The location is excellent to many restaurants and stores."
