The girl checking me in was rude and seemed bothered to have to help me being very short and not answering my simple questions about the location of my room and parking options! I wanted to ask about the restaurant and things to do but I was clearly a bother so I never even tried the restaurant. Another woman at the front was on a laptop and couldn’t be bothered to help other guests waiting or even acknowledge them. ...

The only odd thing was the floor in the room, it was very lumpy under the carpet; with dips and hills that were noticeable when you walked from one side of the room to the other.」
