In the enchanted Vale do Cuiabá in Itaipava you will find a place that brings everything you are looking for when you think about enjoying a few days in the mountains. In the midst of a lot of greenery and tranquility, CasaKor has 4 bedrooms (2 suites and 2 rooms sharing a bathroom), a large whirlpool spa, a cozy living room and balcony, an office, a beautiful swimming pool, a gourmet area with barbecue and wood oven, not to mention a tennis court and sports court.

Immersed in a large plot of land adjacent to a protected area, CasaKor has nature as one of its differentials. It has its own water source, with a stream, pond and water mirror next to the balcony, bringing a great feeling of tranquility.

On the ground floor of the house there is the large living and dining room, well integrated with the balcony, kitchen, office and two bedrooms (the two bedrooms have direct access to a shared bathroom). The bathroom and one of the bedrooms is wheelchair accessible. Upstairs there is a TV room and two suites.The master suite has a balcony and a large bathroom with whirlpool spa.

The pool is one of the highlights of the house, very beautiful in the middle of the lawn, sunny all year round. Next to it there is a large gourmet area with barbecue, wood oven and also a sports court. There is even a tennis court with official size and net, one of the few houses in the region to have this leisure option exclusively for guests.

Vale do Cuiabá is a traditional refuge for people looking for peace, security, privacy and refinement in the region of Itaipava, district of Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro. The center of Itaipava is about 9km (15 minutes) away from the Santo Antônio da Providência condominium by a fully paved road.
