Und sehr schönes und geräumiges Haus. Alles super fertig, Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck in Hülle und Fülle. Gute Betten und gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. Die Begrüßung durch die benachbarten Eigentümer mit Schnaps, fanden wir sehr nett. Der Brötchenservice ist auch sehr einfach (und lecker). Es ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben es im Sommer gemietet, um Motorradtouren zu machen. So wurde der schöne geräumige Skiraum für die Motorradkleidung genutzt.

Am und im Haus hat es an nichts gemangelt, sehr tolle Gastgeber! Wetter & Angebote in der Umgebung sind jahreszeitabhängig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We loved it. Nice, newly renovated house. Friendly host and everything was there that you beed for a good stay. Big bathrooms, short walking distance to ski bus 1 stop from St. Anton. Overall a perfect stay.

Apart Luisa ist ein Top-Standort. Vollständig ausgestattet und geräumig. Bei der Ankunft wurde die Wohnung sehr sauber übergeben. Die Besitzerin Barbara Schmid war sehr hilfsbereit und der (morgendliche) Brötchenservice machte es komplett. Die Bushaltestelle in 50m Entfernung mit ständiger Verbindung nach St. Anton ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes und großes Haus. Für uns war dies eine Top-Lage! Haus ist komplett renoviert und erst seit Dezember 2023 in Gebrauch. Also alles ist neu und sehr komplett ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer bieten alle viel Platz und haben teilweise ein eigenes Bad und WC. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind groß und gut geeignet für eine große Gruppe. Der Skibus hält direkt vor der Tür und in 10 Minuten ist man am Lift in Sankt Anton. Die sehr freundliche Barbara sorgte dafür, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Für uns auf jeden Fall eine Villa, in die wir immer wieder zurückkehren werden. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Fantastische Wohnung, sauber, komfortabel, gut ausgestattet, in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen für eine Woche und Apart Loisa hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Es gab viel Platz in jedem der Zimmer, viele hatten einen kleinen Schreibtisch, was perfekt war, da wir arbeiteten; die Betten waren bequem, der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war stark. Die untere Etage war ebenfalls geräumig und wir genossen die gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten. Das Obergeschoss war gemütlich für einen Filmabend. Die Bushaltestelle war weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Insgesamt kann ich sehr empfehlen!!

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt bei Babsi und Giovanni! Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön saniert, mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Skibus hält quasi direkt vor der Tür und fährt nur wenige Minuten und das Skigebiet bietet alles was es für einen tollen Winterurlaub braucht. Wir würden wiederkommen!
