This 120 m2 single-storey house has a fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The air-conditioned living and dining room is furnished with a large table for six, a comfortable sofa and armchairs, and a TV.

The villa has three bedrooms, each with a spacious 160 x 200 cm bed. As far as air conditioning is concerned, it is important to note that the two bedrooms on the north side do not have this option. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and elegant double vanity unit.

Outside, a 10 x 4 metre swimming pool is alarmed and meticulously maintained all year round, allowing you to cool off while admiring the views. A south-facing terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast while gazing out over the Tanneron hills. A second, fully sheltered terrace provides an ideal space for aperitifs and meals sheltered from the sun and heat.

The house is just 3 km from Peymeinade town centre, where you'll find all the shops, supermarkets, doctors and chemists you need. The town of Grasse is 5 km away, Lake Saint Cassien 10 km, Cannes 15 km and Nice airport 40 km.

GUEST ACCESS
Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. The keys will be handed over automatically by key box from 4 p.m. to the address of the accommodation.

EXTRA CHARGES
Linen is provided from 6 nights, it will be optional at an additional cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
A request for additional payment may be requested for the tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.
