“My friends and I spent a great few days at Villa Provenzale Clos De Minerve. The pool is large and the water warm. The outdoor space and BBQ area worked perfectly for us - eating outside every night. We hired in a chef on the last night and had a great meal. There is a small cafe within a 10 minute walk (on Bd Francis Meilland). Each day we also walked down to the beach at Plage de la Garoupe and had drinks at the beach bar - which had a chilled vibe.”

The overall three star evaluation is an average of the house and surrounding town (4-5 stars) and then the arrival time (1 star) and moreover very noisy construction site just across the street which we had not been informed about. “We stayed for 2 weeks at the beginning of September and had a great time here. It's a wonderful place in nature with lot's of olive & oak trees. Very quiet and secluded. We enjoyed the time at the pool or reading at the balcony in the morning. It's not far to the Gorges de Pénafort, the beach at Sainte-Maxime, the Gorges du Verdon or the excellent Chagall Museum in Nice. “We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in villa ''Catalpa'' en het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken ! Het huis is sfeervol en volledig ingericht, er is een fantastische tuin, een heerlijk zwembad, buitenkeuken waar we 'savonds hebben genoten van de heerlijke locatie, de natuur, het Franse eten, de goede wijnen en er was een fijn contact met de eigenaren en familie van de villa.
