Generally good stay overall, but staff should never leave guests feeling unhappy on checkout like this. We travel to Bangkok at least 4-5 per year but will certainly not be returning here!"

"Fantastic stay, lovely rooms and great service. We stayed in the Kreungthep wing which is a loooonnng walk from the shangri la wing main lobby but much closer to BtS and boat shuttles. Also it has its own pool and taxis come to that entrance also. One of my favourite places to stay in all of bangkok for convenience and service. Cant beat the location"

"Everything is exquisite offered in Dusit Thani Hotel. The staffs were very helpful and professional. The location is great directly connected to Central Park Mall and Silom Subway Station. The amenities are special from its pillows to Dyson hair dryer. Great view from the room. This is definitely a special place to stay in Bangkok. "
