“We had a great time. The cabin was in a great spot and we enjoyed seeing the cows during our walks. We would recommend this spot to anyone.”

“My husband and I were had reserved this property. Had a hard time finding it because address was skewed on mailbox. When my husband tried to get out of the car 6 or 7 dogs big and small and 1 two legged goat approached the car. They were barking and acted aggressively and did not react to his nice coaxing hoping they would let him pet them. We looked to see if they had collars with tags to show they had their shots but did not really look like it. There was no cell service so we could not……

“Our time at the Turkey Ridge Cottage was absolutely wonderful, and provided us with all of the peace and quiet we were searching for. We really didn't need to bring much as it was stocked so well! Tom and Kathy were so friendly! We were able to walk around the area, cook our foil packs in the firepit, and watch the sunset. We enjoyed the historical books about Turkey Ridge, and the book which Tom wrote. We could not have found a more tranquil and beautiful place to stay! Thank you Tom and Kathy!”

Despite the summer heat, the AC works great even though we spent the majority of the weekend outside enjoying the property and time on the river.Kathy was a great help directing us to the property and was available if we needed any help, but thankfully the house is so well equipped that we really didn't need any. We are looking forward to coming back, hopefully soon.”
