Room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The hallways didn’t feel super great walking through alone and having to go all the way to the basement to get ice, whereupon there were no liners or lids for the ice buckets, wasn’t great. The shower had zero pressure.

Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square
Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. The hotel was conveniently located. The lobby and bar had a nice atmosphere.
