The staff that checked us in, Joshua was absolutely terrific. Kind, mild speaking and very sweet. The breakfast was pretty good but the coffee was awful. There was a stain on the bed sheet and the basin of the shower was peeling. But overall it was a very comfortable stay and quiet.

basic hotel in central Philly. good for the price. we didn't have breakfast but looked like your usual American continental high carb buffet. Parking lot was close (a few blocks away). Clean rooms. Didn't have much interaction with staff.

I did not like that there was no mention of the fact there is no parking at the hotel at all! You can then do self pay at the nearest lot that is across the street but you have to walk a sideblock to get to the other side or find street parking which is next to impossible. I also thought the tv and cable offering was abysmal, there wasn't even a guide button on the remote!! Room was decent though and people were nice

Great job team

When i arrived the staff were welcoming and very helpful. I met Emma on Saturday while at breakfast, and she was amazing, not to mention beautiful. There was also a gentleman cleaning the tables on Saturday, and he kept the breakfast area very clean and inviting. Great job. I will book another stay at your location.

Excellent stay and I can honestly say, the best and awesome staff members/employees. They go above and beyond to ensure their guest enjoy their stays. They do it because they really care and it’s in their nature. I was almost upset that I didn’t have one concern or negative moment. Pros: The hotel was lovely the staff great us well and informed us about the basic layout of the hotel what time breakfast was the room smelt fresh a small fridge a coffee maker and what’s needed to make us a cup of coffee the sheets were clean and the pillows were arranged neatly the heater worked well Cons: Parking and this contributed to the 4 stars massively there’s a lot they refer you to walking distance from the hotel where it cost 38$ for 24 hrs 25$ for 12hrs the front desk gave me a receipt to show I was staying at the hotel but it’s a machine u pay for parking so that didn’t make a difference so keep that in mind and there’s also a 100$ hold will be put on your card

Realizing it’s an urban environment, we have to accept that even guests in a wheelchair must park two blocks away. However, we felt the absence of the waffle machine at breakfast. As loyal BW customers, that was hard to accept. We love the waffles! The real pity, is that having booked through a 3rd party site, we were informed by front desk that will not get BW loyalty points. Sigh. On a happy note, the staff is Top Notch. Helpful and friendly. 5 star staff.

We had issues with our room and the staff was very accommodating. I was ready to not leave a review but the staff was so great that I had to leave a positive one.
