Property is not at all as advertised. The main picture is not the hotel, but an event venue at the front of the building. The room was in poor condition. Walls had holes, bedding had holes, could feel the springs in the bed. The whole building smells bad. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they refunded my money without argument when I told them I could not stay there.

I stayed in this room for about 20 minutes still waiting on my refund, this place is gross. Pictures are the absolute opposite of what this place looks like. It’s genuinely a motel 6… possibly worse. I wish i could post pictures that I’ve taken so everyone can stay away.
Bed was nasty and the pillows were stained
Air conditioner was nasty looks like they patched the wall and never repainted
This was the plug for the “private hot tub” which is the complete opposite since there’s no hot water.

We had been here several years ago and went back based on that. Same room actually . What a change… the room smelled like cigarets and only had 2 flat pillows ( I had to ball up my sweatshirt under the pillow )and one sheet (with blood spots and burn holes) on the bed. No comforter. There were 2 small towels and 2 wash cloths. There was a threadbare bathmat with frayed edges and strings hanging off. There is no place to put your things other than the floor. No chair and no chest under the tv. You can’t hang clothes unless you have your own hangers. There are thin rectangular boxes attached to the wall meant to be nightstands. They aren’t level and your things tend to slide off. There was a wedding happening while we were there and the base was insane in our room. We were unable to sleep until it was over. Perhaps going forward- keep those rooms for wedding guests and put others at the other end of the building? The upside was that the tv worked and the soaking tub had great hot water. You can see the tv from the tub which was nice. I don’t think we will be back. I would never recommend staying there to anyone.

the room smelled like pungent cigarette smoke, there were cigarette burn holes in the chair, unwiped end tables with sticky residue spots on those end tables. there was also clearly something wiped on the bathroom walls by someone’s hand.

The parking was good, but i thought it would be a nice place and a nice area. It was in the hood the hotel didnt look like the pictures. Wall was dirty, no wash towels to wash wash with only towels to dry your body with. Look like a place that do all kinds of things in. The tv didnt work limited on delivery food from everyone didnt want to delivered food there. But, the hot tub was nice even it though it didnt have jets, but the only thing me and my husband was worried is about the car getting broke in. The neighborhood the hotel was in the middle of the hood.
