This property was fine for our one night stay in Philly. The neighborhood wasnt bad but there were a lot of rats outside (it’s a few houses down from a restaurants dumpster), and the pillows definitely need replaced. There was also no hot water. Other than that it was clean inside. We had to walk about 10 mins from the parking garage, which is convenient for the location.
