Hi, Sharifah. I am sorry we had to adhere to the cancellation policy and cannot accommodate your same-day cancellation request. Our Divine Lorraine apartment is one of our best units. Still, we have never advertised it as a hotel, and it is clearly written on the title description that it is a "2-bedroom Apartment". We have declined the cancellation request directly over the phone and through an agent of Expedia/Hotels.com on the same day of arrival/appeal. However, the decision to escalate it to your bank institution was a choice on your end. We tried to work it out with you and assist you on anything that would make your stay more comfortable, but you also declined our assistance. Again, our apologies that it didn't work out well, but we hope you understand our decision. Best regards.

The lower-level units are prone to street noise since the apartment is in a major city and on a busy main street, so some noise coming from the street at night is unavoidable, which is disclosed on our listing. Again, we're very sorry about this. And as for the parking concern, we do provide (1) parking slot for all of our apartments except for one (1) unit. And we have explained this to you and the miscommunication with the Expedia listing. This has been resolved with Expedia already.

Hello Charlotte. I'm glad that you find my space lovely. I'm sorry you find it was too many communications. Since you made a last minute reservation, we need to make sure that we have all the information including damage deposit set up properly prior your stay so you may have a smooth check in. The garage is 2 blocks away located in our sister building as stated in our listing. It is a complimentary perk for our guest, instead of finding a street parking in a busy city. I'm really sorry you didn’t find our free parking helpful. This historical building is located in a major city in Philadelphia and noise coming from the street is unavoidable. As for the check out instructions, we provide a few reminders to all our guests such as turnin the lights are off, lowering the temperature and to make sure that the unit is in good shape before leaving since this is an apartment building not a hotel. We promote self check in/check out process, so returning the keycard and parking to the apartment is really necessary. We never had any issues with this process before and were really surprise seeing this. Thank you again for staying with us and we appreciate all your feedback and will take into consideration. We strive to provide our guests with a great experience.

Hi Norene, thank you for your feedback. Yes, this is an apartment that we personally designed and set up for our guests who prefers homey feeling while visiting Philly. I'm sorry about having you to give your credit card info, Hotels.com does not include security deposit on their process so we have to do it ourselves. I also hoped you message us about the missing sheets so we can deliver more, we are very responsive to messages. We also try as much as we can to describe the unit by providing multiple photos of the unit, I'm not sure what's inaccurate because all posted photos was taken in the actual unit. Parking is located in our sister building which is 3 minutes walk as mentioned in the description. I'm glad that your like the location and you find the space beautiful! Hello Wayne, Thank you again for staying with us and appreciate your time to leave a feedback. We know that the parking was a little inconvenient because you have to walk and use the stairs. We try our best to get a parking spot in the building and provide it free for our guests instead of street parking.
