Check in was easy. Staff at reception desk, especially Roe, were friendly and professional. The only things that sucked was the air conditioner was so LOUD, no USB ports, sheets on bed were too thin and pillows were not great. Otherwise not bad for the price.

We had a wonderful and rejuvenating stay at Extended Stay America!! Our king sized bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Loved the full sized refrigerator in the room as well. But the main reason we are doing a review is that we wanted to recognize and commend the Front Desk Rep, Camia, for her friendly greeting and especially her general concern for our pleasant stay. Each time she saw us, she inquired about our comfort. You could just feel her pride in the brand she that represents right down to noticing that we were bringing in pop tarts and her suggesting that there is a toaster, coffee and other items available for us to use and enjoy. So thank you, Camia, for making us feel so welcome. You are great!!! We will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Booked this hotel because my hot water heater went out and me and my family needed to wash. Man listen that bathroom was disgustingly dirty. I would never come back here and I damn sure wasn't going to sleep there. The staff was good and fast but the property needs a serious deep clean!!!

Well you get what you pay for. I booked for a 2 night "stay-cation." The room was worn and torn, the counter was torn out the ground, the drawer on the dresser was hanging and the ceiling in the shower was peeling terribly. I should've requested a change of room but I just had low expectations of the entire hotel. Breakfast is in a small space and its just granola bar and muffin...I will most likely never stay at this chain again. If you need a quick night or 2 stay where you'll only be in the room to sleep, then this is the place for you.

I booked 2 rooms both had mouse dropping all over the bed and on the sofa bed as well. There was also mouse traps behind every furniture in both cabins. In one of the rooms only had hot steaming water (not even a drop of cold water). My daughter and I went down to the front desk we both explained both explained showed her the pictures and videos taken. I was expecting for her to at least walk over to the rooms but that never happend. We were just told that there was nothing she could do. She reported there was no other rooms to be transferred to and a refund was definitely not an option. The saddest part, my family of 3 children ages 7, 2, 8 month baby & my mother on a wheelchair had no other choice but to stay there because we arrived about 15 minutes to midnight. By the time we discovered all this it was already a little after midnight. I checked/called every hotel in the area unfortunately they all have a check in policy which varies from 3-4 pm, I contacted Expedia for a refund they reach out to verify this matter. Hotel front desk refused to give any information because there was no manager on site. Representative from Expedia sent an email to management, it’s been a week and no one has responded.

Very little breakfast... only fruit and breakfast bars, packaged muffins, coffee. Occupants of hotel look like they live there. Carpets and drapes are outdated. If you're looking for an emergency overnightstay, its do-able.
