This beautifully appointed unit, spanning the 2nd and 3rd floors, offers a blend of modern convenience and historic charm. The main floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, a comfortable living room and a cozy bedroom. The third floor, accessible by a staircase, features a secluded study area with a desk and a second bedroom, both of which are appointed with hardwood floors original to the home, dating back to its construction in 1900, adding to the unit`s historic allure.

The kitchen is fully equipped and recently renovated with updated appliances directly connected to the dining room. The dinner table can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The living room comes with a 42` TV equipped with Roku for guests to use as well as some board games. Mega Blocks, UNO, Taboo, & Bananagrams! The door to the living room can be closed to not disturb guests in any other room in the unit. Enjoy the privacy of the room while you slumber on the plush queen-size air mattress, create a bed on the couch, or have guests for both!

The inviting main floor bedroom boasts a spacious queen-sized bed, bathed in natural light from the room`s three ample windows. A large closet and dresser provide ample storage for your clothing and personal items.

The secluded third floor retreat welcomes you with a cozy study area, complete with a desk and chair for your convenience. A private door leads to the bedroom, where a sumptuous king-sized bed, composed of two twin XL mattresses combined on a sturdy bedframe, awaits. A Pack N Play is available to create a secluded quiet corner in the unit. The closet has a Twin sized air mattress available to use in the bedroom or in the office one room over.

The property has a private parking lot shared with the upstairs unit along with free street parking out front. The driveway allows for 1 vehicle to be parked from each unit.

Guests have access to the entire 2nd/3rd floor apartment. The first floor unit and garage are not accessible to guests.

The outdoor spaces at this property are shared with the upstairs unit. This includes the front porch as well as the backyard and outdoor patio/chairs.

I will not physically be on the property and guests can Self-Check into the unit. I am available if a guest has any issues/concerns.

The property has a private driveway shared with the upstairs unit along with free street parking out front. The driveway allows for 1 vehicle to be parked.

The neighborhood is equipped with sidewalks and is two blocks away from all of the Stores/Restaurants on Route 1. The Cynwyd Line Train Station is just a 12 minute walk away with access to the city and Merion Station is a 20 minute walk from the unit.
