This unit has the most prime lcoation that Philadelphia has to offer. Walk outside to the city`s most desirable restaurants, lounges, cafes, and tourist destinations. Unit comes fully equipped with every essential item you would need to accommodate a long or short term stay. Washer and Dryer also in building.

Please note that parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gatherings or events will result in a $1000 fine and immediate cancellation of the reservation.

Surveillance cameras are in the hallways of the building that monitor & record all activity 24/hrs.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Also, in the case of any guests using illicit drugs within the unit or building. All guests will be reported to local authorities and evicted immediately.

There are several public parking lots nearby, all within a short walk or drive from the property, so you’ll have plenty of options.
We recommend using the `BestParking` app, which shows all available public parking spots in the area and allows you to compare prices. It’s a tool that many of our guests have found really useful!
