The stay in this studio apartment was decent for what I needed in terms of location and cleanliness. When I first got to the apartment building, I was given a special code for the door and the apartment I was staying in, unfortunately those did not work while I was standing outside but luckily someone who lived in the building was coming home so I was able to get in (I was also messaging the host to let them know). The code for the apartment did not work either, which meant calling the hosts (I was told there is a team). That quickly got resolved by giving me a new code and I was told to make sure to tap the code in quickly with no other delays. That eventually worked but would've been helpful to know beforehand. Overall the stay was good, messaging the hosts in the app for some minor things like small wall damages that I noticed immediately, was helpful because they were pretty responsive. No major issues with the stay except the towels provided were very thin, so if you're a bigger bodied person like me I'd recommend bringing your own. The only access issue to note is that at the bottom front of the apartment door, there is a leveled rise at the base when you open it. So that would be something to navigate anytime you leave or come back, if you have any sort of mobility troubles or use any mobility aids or wheelchairs (there's an elevator in the building which was helpful). Other than that it was a nice stay and I would definitely book here again.
