不滿意：整潔度
I was impressed by the beautiful building and amenities that were available to us, and staff are very attentive and friendly! However, some of the furniture in my apartment had layers of dust! I was so disappointed. The apartments are beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Even the random books they had were interesting. They also kept an all purpose cleaning spray for cleaning and that’s what I used to clean. But I shouldn’t have to especially during COVID era. There’s a little panel in the bedroom where the AC/heat comes from and unfortunately I decided to open it to see what the filter looked like and it was a dark gray from the center. My comforter insert had a little blood stain on it. It was a nightmare. I had a very busy stay and was only there for two nights. So I regretted my decision to stay at this place rather than a hotel. But I know I’ll never be back!
